Request Deletion of your User Name or Contact Details

1. Collection of Data

Sensitive Data: EWT only collects your name and contact details with your permission. Without your permission no sensitive information is collected

2. Deleting your data

You may request that we delete any data we hold regarding your sightings by contacting us at roadwatch@prismsw.com. To facilitate the deletion request, you will need to provide us with contact details entered on the app.

Your name and contact details will be removed within 24 hours

3. How we share your Data

We do not share any data with any third parties. We only use the data to analyse hot spots for road kills and implement measures to reduce the road kill

4. Security

We take the security of your Personal Data very seriously and will use appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure.
